| Proof of Containment | The answer to one question: Did the containment control hold the agent? |
| Claim Declaration | The anchored record of the claim, subject, scope and limits, registered before any evidence |
| Claim Record | The record of a Determination |
| Determination | proven, refuted or insufficient |
| Declarant | The party that registers a Claim Declaration (IP-C1) |
| Resolver | The party that computes a Determination from registered records (IP-C2) |
| Containment Control | The Warden, its cells, and any kill switch, together the Device Under Test of a PP-SPEC-078 run. |
| Containment Scope | The declared set of offense codes (JC-01 to JC-10) and escape vectors (ES-01 to ES-09) the claim covers. |
| Hold | A booking whose verdict is JAILED and for which no escape vector in scope succeeded during the hold period. |
