Licensing of Contributions

• Contributions to specifications, schemas and test vectors are made under the Apache License, Version 2.0 (Section 5), as stated in LICENSE.md Part A4.
• Every commit must carry a Developer Certificate of Origin sign-off (git commit -s, adding Signed-off-by:).
• By contributing, you grant for your contribution the same royalty-free patent commitment Nebulonium grants in LICENSE.md Part A2, on the same terms.
• Declare AI versus human contribution in AI_DISCLOSURE.md and ai_disclosure.json.
• Disclose any commercial interest in what you contribute.
• Follow ETHICS.md.
